For Jalan Chengkek, the brief called for foresight — to prepare the home for future vertical expansion. Through a strategic A&A project, the building height was raised to allow for a future mezzanine structure, setting the stage for long-term adaptability. The design subtly strengthens the home’s architectural form while maintaining visual balance and proportion.
